Mavdav, this is my advice to ur friend.
If ur friend got the job without any undue recommendation/assistance of any sort, then she should quit job. God who gave her the job will surely provide even a better one for her. The act is SATANIC and she will face the consequences if obliged.
BUT if OTHERWISE, she may have to think twice because she will not be too sure of getting such offer elsewhere ( maybe due to her credentials or sumtin else)
Whatever the case maybe, she should be bold enough to accept responsibility for her actions.
She should also seek the face of God for directions. Maybe God wants to use her to change the attitude of her boss if she prays for that. It has to be serious prayers though, if she really likes the job and the boss.
Wish her divine intervention!

If her boss insists on having her way, she should quit but she must let her boss know her stand that she is totally against style style. God who gave her the job without her compromising will surely bring a better one if that is the price she has to pay. Cheers

As our brother's keepers, we must all stand in the gap for this sister. She must never give in to the Devil. Let us commit her boss's heart in the hand of God and pray for the sister in question to get wisdom and God's direction (Remember, the fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much).
If nothing changes after prayer, then our dear sister can gladly leave the job and I can bet my life on it that she will get a better, more-rewarding offer within the same month! After reading this, just bow your heads and pray for the sister and her boss as the Holy Spirit directs you believing in your heart that it will be done as you have asked.
God bless you all!

Sexual harassment issues are the function of the HR except the boss is in charge of HR which might be a problem as per reporting. She should not be rash though by quitting.
If she can report they will ask for evidence to support her claim, she can get this by using voice recorders which are common these days on mobile phones. make sure she does not suspect though. 8)
All the best in your fight

Sfad, I think you answered most prudently of the lot. Quitting a job in a country like Nigeria should not be encouraged, except another one is waiting. So, whatever happens, stay at your job, and painfully get another first. Then, leave - if you have to. And, please, direct bosses need not own the company. Speak to HR, speak to people higher up the ladder... speak to the highest one (GOD). But DO NOT LEAVE, until you get another offer. You will be fine. :)
