POSITION: Maintenance Prof Assoc, L&P

DEPARTMENT/PSL: Logging & Perforating

Qualification(s): Must possess any of these engineering disciplines; Electronics Engineering; Physics/Electronics from an accredited University and Polytechnic with a minimum of second class lower division (2.2) or upper Credit. Candidates must have completed NYSC requirements. No post NYSC work experience is required as full training will be given.
Experience Required: None.
Interested applicants will undergo a competitive test and the best candidate will be chosen and trained in accordance with the Company requirements

Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Logging and Perforating surface and downhole equipment. Trains directly under a Principal or Senior Technical Professional - Maintenance L&P, to gain knowledge of logging equipment and tools, in preparation for formal Maintenance School training. Requires familiarization with Surface Systems and open and cased hole tools, PM I and Lab testing equipment. Expected to attend to several field jobs as part of his pre and post school training. Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
