GSE- PROVING THE CRITICS RIGHT
Once again the voice of the critics have prevailed.
We, unfortunately, have found ourselves in a country where we find it difficult or almost impossible to see sense in anything new.
Due to our over-exposure to corruption and corrupt practices especially in high places, we now as a matter of “caution” see policies or anything new as a way to swindle the common man of the little he has managed to put together.
The GSE palaver has once again proved most critics right- that it has little or nothing to offer innocent yet-to-be-employed Nigerians. I refer specifically to the much-advertised GSE/UNION Bank recruitment move. This exercise was concluded almost 3 months ago and yet nothing and nobody has heard anything, either from GSE or UNION Bank.
I am still tempted to ask:
1.who has been able to get a job through the GSE, after taking their #5000.00 aptitude test?
2.who has heard or knows anything about the GSE/Union Bank recruitment process?- any hope still?
Fellow hotjobbers these are my musings, but we know that as usual your humble comments are welcome, for they always count.
I conclude by saying may we live to find ourselves in a time in this country where critics can be proved wrong and not be dismissed as “detractors”.

well to add salt to injury i hear the recent recruitment process by the federal inland revenue service (FIRS) has also joined the GSE bandwagon, i still ask the question which way nigeria.

You know what, I also went for the so called hopeless test but after then I felt cheated. How could someone answer 20 English questions within 17minutes, three comprehensions passages inclusive, how possible?? Please my fellow hotjobbers, this people are really playing on graduates intelligence. And may Almighty punish them all. Amen

I wish to tell u that scoring high in GSE is possible,cos I did- above 60%.
So the exam wasn't what I was addressing.
Instead,despite the high score which u might have where is the job they promised is what I wish to ask??
