Topic: first bank vs nbc, which is better for a trainee?

for a trainee, which opportunity should he go for in terms of all forms of workers welfare.1st bank or nbc

i think it depends on what u studied,or lets say what u want to be. a lot of people who studied engineering but are working in banks today are there not because they like the job but because it is/was the only one available. in terms of pay package,though firstbank is big,it doesnt come near the big payers in the banking industry,but,they will sure pay you better than NBC. the most important question is,will you have job satisfaction?( if is still important in these days of no-job) think carefully b4 u decide. best of luck.
