MARKETING MANAGERS
Reporting to Head of Marketing
Responsibilities:
· Formulation, implementation and promotion of periodic marketing strategies and tactics to ensure deposit targets are met and surpassed
· Formulating a marketing plan designated to areas with forecast
· Approval and recommendation of customers for credits
· Customers relationship management
· Sourcing of valuable high net worth and retail customers
Requirements:
· B.Sc/HND is compulsory
· Minimum of 5 years experience, out of which three (3) years MUST have been spent in a microfinance bank (with quantifiable achievements)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
