PLS DOES ANY BODY KNOW FIRST BANK'S SALARY STRUCTURE\?

SUMONE TOLD ME THAT THIRE TAKE HOME IS 110K FOR EXECUTIVE TRAINEES

That may not be right except for those in Lagos, PH or Abuja, my friend @ their Ore branch gets me updated about the event in the bank.
She joined the bank as an Exec trainee 6mths ago and after two mths, they sliced their salary to around 59k from 89k.

Recently the bank is losing lot of potentials (including a newly appointed Regional manager operations) to banks like IBplc, Zenith n some others.

The MD of the bank, having seen the trend in the industry is considering reviewing the salary again.
