CHAMS IS THIS FAIR

I applied 4 charms management test sometimes in march in dia Abuja office besides Federal character commission. they registered me on dia system ;called me 4 test on March 17th and later called me 4 interview 4 2nd of April only 4 dem 2 turn me back @ d venue of d interview dt they r looking 4 second class upper and not lower dt i av.
what pained me was dt i av 2 travel back 4rm Ogun state 2 come 4 d interview cant dey have screened d applications b4 calling 4 tests & interviews
