Yes house, the phone interview was okay...atleast u will be happy at the end of the interview pending when they will contact u in a months time as they said.
Well the interview goes like this; 1.WHAT DID U STUDY IN UR FIRST DEGREE? 2.WHAT WAS UR CGP? 3.WHEN DID U GRADUATE FROM UR LAST EDUCATIONAL STUDY? 4. WHY DID U APPLY FOR THE POSITION? 5. SCENERIO A; A GREAT JOB IN A HARSH ENVIRONMENT, SCENERIO B; A GOOD JOB IN A CONDUSIVE ENVIRONMENT, SCENERIO C; A JOB U WILL A LOT AND MAKE LOTS OF MONEY....THEN WHICH WILL U CHOOSE AND WHY? AGAIN, QUESTION 6. a.DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING TOOLS AND b.ANALYZING DATAS ...WHICH DO U PREFER AND WHY? QUESTION 7. ARE U GOOD WITH UR HANDS?...... well, mine wasnt really like yurs. i was tld a brief history of the company. asked when i graduated. how many languages i speak, how many countries i have legal authorisation to work in. Then i was tld if i am successful, they wld get bck to me within a month.

Mine was a mix of the two above.They've started sending out emails(after phone interviews) to guys in Malaysia but it all depends on the country you applied from.
