    Who is the best candidate?? The young man or woman who's relative, or friend, or sponsor is a friend, relative or classmate or Club mate or beer drinking mate to the Managing Director.

    The best candidate is usually the one sent by President Musa Yar'adua, or the Senate President, or The Speaker of the House or by a Senator, Hon Member of the House etc etc

    No! the well connected person gets the job after the interview. so sad nothing is hardly done on merit in our contry.
