    I went hunting with my dog and met a gathering of all the animals in the world except one.

    Which animal was not there?

    I don't think the answer NONE since there was an expection!

    I think it is the bat because it is the only animal that can fly!

    I still think florafab is right, since there was no differentiation on whether it be bird, fish or land animal and there was an exemption of just one animal, and the hunter happened to come in with one animal which was not amongst the ones in the meeting. I happen to believe it's the dog.

    Please inform us of the answer and do give us a reason for ur answer.
