There was a guy I knew during ma service year,he served at GE,frm wat he tells me GE is definitely not a bad place to work in,its an american company but u can't compare it to d oil majors or oil servicing coys.

Does less than 2 years work(ing) experience mean 'most people applying are working or had worked before'? Is it not possible for it to mean that 'most people applying have never even worked before'? Remember that 0<2, and in this case 0 means no work experience.
I will be happy to know how you logically came to your conclusion.
