Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
WOW! At 1st I thought that I was on a Group Excursion to the Museum when I saw the computer running on Windows 98 OS. I thot those things were archived centuries ago. Anyway concerning the test itself it was cool, looked old-schoolish coz of the outdated PCs. But it's results and scores that matter not beauty and aesthetics. I love their format coz u can use left-over time from 1 section to attempt questions in another section. I have learnt that preparation really helps coz most of the Abstract Reasoning ?s were ?s I attempted last nite b4 going 4 the test so I was able to finish that section in less than 4 minutes, yiiipppeeeeeee. I finished with 4 mins still left on my hands, I clicked the almighty SUBMIT button as I wasn't in the mood to take chances, hehehehe.
Guys yet to write, it's straight 4ward; basic Verbal 20?s, Numerical 20?s, Abstract 10?s, Reading of Instructions all to be done inside 50 minutes so it's best to hurry up with the instructions coz ur time is counting once u log on.

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
house, i also wrote the test in lagos (unilag) todaym somethg weird happened. after finishing the test, one of the officials i think logged into the pc i used, i actually dont know how i did it and he said sarcastically that i didnt do well. not sure if i should hope for a slot or just take my mind of it as in my own understanding, i did perfectly well.
any contributions?

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
The test was okay, better than dragnet, but i hope workforce would bring in the tactics they played during the FCMB GDP into this recruitment, @ oluwanimilo, the overall performance matters in the shorlisting procedure for the next stage, so i think all you could do is hope in God. Happy weekend all, God bless.
-
Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
I meant Workforce should not bring the tactics played in FCMB GDP into this recruitment.

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
Most of d numerical questions required calculator. I just had to shade d remaining 10 questions logically. Far more standard than drag i.e for d numerical section. Does anyone know if there if workforce uses negative marking system?

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
@Akan A1, i can see yu are very sure of passing the test because yu solely depend on ur ability. U just expose ursef anonymously instead of keepin such info with ursef and start praying in ur closet. Yu still need God in this. Believe me. I urge yu to pray

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries

The never said I will pass over to the next stage. Besides, passing over to the next stage is not the greatest achievement in the world neither is not making it through the end of the world. Why should I keep such info to myself when it can actually help others that are yet to write the test. Do I want to get the job alone? Nothing in life is a do-or-die affair. I see no reason why I should lock myself in a closet and pray over an Ability Test when there are greater things I can achieve in life through prayer other than getting a job in NBL

LOLZZZZZZ!!! It's not past question oh! It's just the regular practice materials for Verbal, Numerical & Abstract that everyone already has including you most likely. The most important thing is to practice as much as you can, don't expect to see same questions, different strokes 4 diff folks...

@aycabel: I don't work with workforce and I don't know anyone working within. However, 'experience' has taught me that they actually use negative marking.

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
@Imorax; An official @ d PH centre told us the last batch (batch 4) that the successful candidates will be invited for another test. For the negative marking aspect, don't know about that but if they used such marking system, it ought to be stated before commencing the test.
