If you took Edemgbe motors or any other, just stop at ojota, along that ojota road, you will hear buses calling yaba, yaba or say yaba-oyimbo, yaba-oyimbo...just find yourself inside one of those buses going to yaba or yaba-oyimbo, I think its less than 150naira or so. when u enter yaba-oyimbo bus, tell the conductor that you will stop at yaba final bus stop. but better still, if you can see cross country motors around where you live in benin, just take it instead of Edemgbe bus, becos cross country will stop you at yaba final bus stop, so you wouldn't need to stop at okota again but go direct non-stop from Benin to Yaba. but ask them first before you pay for a ticket. so from that yaba final bus stop, remember you don't need to stop at jibowu o, but if you mistakenly did, don't panic still, u can still find your way to akoka unilag from there. but the correct place to stop is yaba final bus stop before the bus heads for oyimbo. from yaba, you can board a byke or bus going to unilag, maybe byke should be better for you. tell the byke man to stop you at unilag bus stop, from there, walk down straight & you will see the campus, enter & check on your left as soon as you enter the school campus, you will see taxis going inside campus, board one & do tell the driver or someone where you are going first. Good luck my brother, we will gradually get there...as I wish you and others success in the exam!
@Jobfront, thank u very much my bro/sis for taking the pain and time to put this description on board for me. U are a gud person dat is why u care to do dis, may our good Good take His time, as u hav taken yours, to provide the best job for u. We will definitely get dis job in Jesus name!
For dos of u who are asking for test format, I read from d other thread of a similar topic that workforce test format is:
(1)numerical reasoning(in dis part u will be given tables, chart and graph. the question will require u to use d table or figure given )
(2) verbal reasoning (here a series of comprehension passages will be given, u wil be required to answer the questions based on the information contained in the passage. you will have three options- (A) true, (B) false (C) can't say or insufficient information)
(3)Abstract reasoning- Here, In each question you will be presented with a logical sequence of five figures. You will need todetermine which of the possible answers best matches the next figure in the sequence, orreplaces a missing figure in the sequence.
i hope dis will help. i wish u all the best, we shall surely get there.

Wow, thank God. Wish u the best.

Thanks 4 the info. Please can you shed more light on the Verbal Reasoning section. It is passages only [True, False, Can't Say] or passages and some antonyms, synonyms , etc ?

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
Guys, Please I still need directions on how to get to "eTC Centre, Adebayo Akande House, 1 Oba Akran, Ikeja Lagos" coming from the Island. You response will be highly appreciated...

It is mixed-u hav true, false, cannot say 4 some questns & som are like logical reasoning-like wat follow 4rm d passage. Also prepare 2 4go ur attempt 2 answer all d numerical as som really nid calculators or u spend ur whole day on them.

Yes o. They were quite strict. They had to give you a clearance document before you'ld even be allowed to enter.
For those of you that are yet to write it better prepare for the 51mins alloted time for the test. The goodnews is that you are allowed to go back to previous unanswered sections and questions. Someone has rightly described the pattern of the exams above and he was spot on. All the best!

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
@thebigdeal plz was the numerical graphical or just normal arithmetic, thanks

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
Akan A1: Get to Ojuelegba from the Island and take a bus to Ikeja under bridge. That's where eTC is. You should see candidates standing around the vicinity when you get there. Just ask questions.
-
Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
To add to what @bigdeal said the test was actually 52mins. Depending on how fast you could read and assimilate the instructions as they alloted 2 mins to studying the initial instructions. Also the Verbal reasoning test had the data sufficiency part:were you had to decide from the four options given if the 2 statements used to answer the question asked would suffice. The options were of the form, statement one alone is sufficient, Statement two alone is...and so on.
Like he also said you should be wary not to waste your time on some questions designed to waste your time. Some of them very few though, really required calculators.
The Abstract was pretty much direct and required little or no extra reasoning. All together they were about 20 verbal questions, 20 numerical questions and the rest were abstract but the abstract questions came in second, verbal first whilst the numericals were last. You're advised to skip as many as you can skip as you are afforded the oppurtunity to go back to previous undone sections within the time frame, meaning that the time you save in a section can be of good use in another section-most likely Numericals.
All the best!

It was data interpretation inclingned. There was a graph/chart and then about two tables from which all the 20 questions were asked. One of the tables on "royal skies" being added to the marketing sales of an SPL company like that and the graph was on cost per year of some business (IT department, production department etc). These two had the most questions for me. I dont know if they were different questions for everybody present.

Thanks so much 4 the description. I know know hot to get there now, will just take Maryland/Ikeja Bus from Obalende. Thats y I love this NHJs family.
-
@oblogator, pls was d numerical graphical or jst arithmetic. Pls uq quick response wil be appreciated
-
Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
Arithmetic, but the story behind the arithmetic can be confusing. I don't really see any graph coming out. I might be wrong sha O.
From my point of view, its easier to pass workforce questions than to pass dragnet.
it's also easier to fail Workforce especially if it's computer based and the submit issue
I wish you guys the best, but for this test, I think I will pass

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
I once worked in NB and I wrote the workforce conducted test during the recruitment stage. You don't have to click on the submit button. If you finish before the time, you can click it. But if your time elapses, the system will automatically submit on your behalf. When I wrote mine, I didn't click the submit button. The page automatically closed when my time elapsed. And I was successful. Wish you all the best. Regards
