I was particularly pleased to meet some members of this forum, goldennugget and BabaGodnoni, at the interview, I also met a guy from my school, it was really fun. The interview was okay, but the white man in the panel really bombarded me with questions that almost caught me off guard. I am praying for the best. How did yours go?

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
Lol... I thought the personal discussion was the best part because I felt somewhat relieved when I saw the topic for discussion.

We all acted like a group 2 a large extent. I was hapi 2b among such group. It make d whole discussion easy going

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
My group members were very organised, we were able to arrive at the solution to the problem at the stated time, I was glad to be a member of the group.

@Finbarr, was your assessment centre Nov 15th? Cos someone bearing Finbarr from Futo was present in that day's assessment centre.

Re: Workforce recruiting for Nigeria Breweries
Does anybody have an idea how many folks they are taking?
The assessment centre had a very relaxed ambiance. When i first got there, i met diketron and a fellow from Uniben. We were gisting about general stuffs such as school life and such.
The assessment officially started around 9:30 am with the group discussion.
After a short breakfast, we moved on to the second part which was an impromptu topic you pick from a bowl. The topic for the day pretty much favoured electrical/electronics engineering graduates, to a great extent, and mechanical engineering graduates to a little extent. Fortunately for the civil engineering graduate amongst us, he had been hanging around electrical engineering grads that specialize in power generation for the past six months.......so he too had a lot to say about the impromptu topic.
The third and final part of the assessment was the one on one interview. This took, on average, 30 minutes per candidate.
PS: The lunch was of a 5-star hotel quality......very nice NBplc

i dnt think dat finbarr can be a double....#winks
