I was invited for the trainee brewer assesment. Please any one with ideas as to how the assesment will be, wat to prepare for. Hope its an interview, wat kind of questions are we goin to be asked. Wat do brewers expect.pls any assistance will be appreciated.

NB assessment center from last year's experience is in 3stages, 1st stage is a group discussion where you're given a task as a group and you're meant to come up wt a solution as a group under a stipulated time. The 2nd stage is where you'd discuss elaborately on a topic which you'd pick from a box in d presence of the interviewers, topics such as revolution, globalization, industrialization and many more. The last stage is d panel interview, one on one wt a panel of lyk 4 to 5 people. Pray it remains the same format. All da best people. I rarely come here so please don't bother to ask questions. Hope it suffise for all u̶̲̥̅̊я intended questions.

Hi Collins...Assessment centres usually last a whole day as there are several activities to be performed. Is there a problem?
