I would like to begin by congratulating you on your stellar performance on the selection assessments so far. I would also like to apologize for the glitch that many of you encountered in taking the second test. The provider, SHRM, finally confirmed that the system is designed to reject IP addresses originating in Africa. For those of you who were able to find a way to complete the test, we thank you for your persistence. We will no longer be using the vendor in future assessments.

Further to your participation in the recent assessment process for the Graduate Engineering Program, we are delighted to invite you to the next stage of the selection process and to share information about the client and the program. We would like you to review the material, research the client and confirm your interest in continuing in the process by replying to this email.

The next stages consists of the following:

• Personality Assessment: You will be required to complete the final stage of online assessment, by completing a personality assessment to enable us better understand you. Further information will be provided.• Completion of Career and Education History Form:If selected after the Personality Assessment, you will be required to complete a detailed form that provides insight into your career so far.• Telephone Interview:You will be asked to schedule a telephone interview with a recruiter via our online scheduling system. This 15-minute interview is designed to get a better understanding of your motivations for wanting to join Income Electrix and further insight into your personal interests and work experiences.• Assessment Centre:If successful, you will then be invited to attend a half-day assessment centre at the Income Electrix Head Office in Port Harcourt where you will participate in a variety of individual and team based activities. These are designed to assess a range of competencies necessary for a successful graduate. You will need to provide an official copy of your academic transcript and details of two current referees.Further details will be provided closer to the time.• Face-to-Face Interview and Personality Assessment:You will be contacted to schedule a formal behavioural-based interview to be conducted at the Income Electrix Head Office in Port Harcourt. A panel, including a Senior Manager from the business as well as an HR specialist, will conduct these interviews. • Offer and Reference Checks:Successful candidates will be contacted by a member of the IEL HR team, regarding offers for the Program.

I got the mail 2! I don't understand these guyz anymore. I passed the 1st test and didn't get the link 4 d 2nd test which most guyz here did. I was already forgetting about it b4 getting dis mail since I didn't do the 2nd test guyz did.

Guess dis 2nd stage they r talking about here is dat others did as 2nd stage couple of dayz ago.

Anyway, I full ground 4 dem.

Valeos just messing about.... Maybe them wan use us for case study, so many tests. Got a message with a pdf with the summary of my scores. My average was 40% ...dunno!
