Trainers/Training Coordinators Position

This is an ideal position for candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to work closely with customers. The Technical Trainer is responsible for the development and delivery of training offerings to private/public customers and employees on the various technical/software products offered by the firm. The Technical Trainer is responsible for managing all learning/training components for implementation, including the gathering of training requirements and implementing the optimal learning solution.

Responsibilities include

• Facilitate and coordinate instructor-led classroom training and coordination on an as-needed basis
• Serve as primary coordinator for class material generation across a wide array of subject matter.
• Develop training curriculum and maintain all planned regional training activities as per the Training Calendar
• Control and maintain an extensive inventory of training and technical support hardware
• On/Off-site training event coordination including logistical support for off-site training events
• Coordinates training sessions and maintains training records for each session
• Serve as the primary coordinator for course presentation and demonstration to potential/new customers.
• Support the other staff member in revenue generation through strategic on/offsite marketing of company services/products.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must reside in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Nigeria
• Minimum of B. Sc/HND in Engineering related field
• Not older than 30 years
• 1 – 3 years experience in related position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Project Management knowledge and skills
• Demonstrate strong instructional skills in technical and software trainings
• Good presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to assimilate knowledge and wiliness to learn new programs, technology and systems
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point. Ms Project, AutoCAD is an added advantage
• IT Technical training experience
