Vacancy for Post of Site Engineers
We are a young real estate firm in the centre of Victoria Island currently recruiting experienced engineers for the position of site engineer.
Responsibilities;
• Preparation and Interpretation of technical drawings, schematic drawings, field drawings, layouts and other visual aids
• Prepare technical construction specifications
• Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate the activities of the construction and technical teams
• Manage and supervise engineering works on site
• Prepare proposals and write reports
• Determination of material and construction specifications
• Ensure compliance with work processes, quality control and ethical codes on the site.
• Ensure Quality specifications are adhered to.
Requirements:
B.sc/HND in Civil Engineering or any other related course.
Minimum of 5 years post NYSC practical experience in a construction environment
Competences/Skills:
• Should demonstrate ability to lead a team and abide by ethical codes
• Must possess personal drive.
• Should demonstrate ability to pay attention to details.
• Should demonstrate ability to work with minimal supervision
• Should have excellent IT skills and numerical skills.
• Should be a team player
• Should have excellent interpersonal skill.
• Good oral and written communication
• Should have good time management skills and ability to multitask.
