Vacancy for Manpower Supply/training officer in an Oil and Gas servicing company

We are an independent geosciences and engineering consultancy company operating upstream oil and gas industry. One of our business innovations is the establishment of a manpower supply division which has successfully served the needs of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria over the past years.

We have a well established Manpower Supply for the energy sector which ranges from Operational staff to Senior and Middle management. We supply personnel that have expertise on various software applications used in the industry.

In a bid to strengthen the manpower supply/training unit, we are looking for a highly qualified and dedicated professional to be responsible for sourcing for professionals, outsourcing of staff to needing clients amongst other job functions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
o Be a graduate from reputable university with minimum of second class lower or its equivalent majoring in Petroleum Engineering, Business Management or any other related field.
o Have a minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity and preferably having hands on experience in managing outsourcing/ manpower supply for the oil and gas industry.
o Have a wide network in the oil and gas industry and must have experience in building and maintaining clients’ relationships.
o Ability to work with limited resources.
o Team player; leads by exemplifying shared organizational values.
o Leading experience in all aspects of deal development – prospecting, sourcing, negotiating and closing.
o Experience in working closely with Marginal Operators, Independent Producers and International Oil Companies to achieve their goals and needs.
o Be familiar with the Nigeria’s prevailing labor laws and regulations.
o Good command of English both oral and written.
