And yes I applied earlier (a week ago) and got the invite for the reasoning test.

The assessment link is not in the acknowledgment mail. It will be sent to you later. I was sent to me about four days after I applied.

I experienced same problem. Below was a message I got after lodging my complaint. Follow the steps and your problem will be solved just like mine. I am tru wt the assessment test afer following the steps. Now listen, Copy the link into the address bar on your browser, press enter key or click search, wait a while for result. Out of the varieties, click to download mozilla firefox 3.6.2, wait for the download to complete and follow other steps as required by the software. Having done that, sign in to your box using the newly downloaded mozilla firefox 3.6.2 and click the link for the assessment test and off you go!Good luck.Quote:

To those who haven't gotten an invite yet, it MIGHT be that you didn't scale through the assessment stage cuz I got an invite a day after I applied, some others got theirs within few days, but then, don't lose hope, yours might just be spectacular. The test is quite much like GMAT. 40 questions; 15 Basic Maths (basic, but deep in reasoning), 10 Comprehension passages from where you'll need to choose correct valid conclusions, and 15 Abstract Reasoning questions. You'll be given about 65minutes. The HR guy, Andrew, is a very cool guy that will make you feel relaxed. I wish you the best.
