Job Title: Director, Physical Planing and Projects Development

Job Location: Kwara

Responsibilities
The Director Physical Planning and Projects is responsible to the Rector for the day-to-day running of the Physical Planning Department and for implementing, on behalf of Rector, the physical planning and project policies

Requirements

Applicant for the post of the Director Physical Planning and Projects is expected to hold a good Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognised institution of higher learning plus, at least, 17 years cognate experience or a holder of Masters Degree in Architecture plus, at least, 15 years cognate experience.
The applicant must register with the relevant regulatory body as well as be a member of relevant professional association
Applicant must not be more than 55 years old at the time of assumption of duty and must presently hold a position not less than CONTEDISS 14 in similar organization or corresponding relevant positions in the Public Service
The applicant must also be computer literate.
