Job Title: Secretary 1no.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, Power point and posses’ good typing speed.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- She must be friendly and able to attend to guest.
- Single and not above 28 years of age.
- She must be good Appearance and able to work un-supervised.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and file all company’s documents.
- Draft the company’s letters and documents.
- Photocopy, print, scan and type all company’s relevant documents.
- Prepare all tenders and prequalification documents.
- Attend to visitors and their needs.
- Sending and receiving of mails.
- Get all relevant information from the daily’s newspapers on construction projects.

Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer 1no.
Requirements:
- A first Bachelors degree from Prestige University.
- Skillful in using Auto-CAD, Project and other related software packages, as well as MS office.
- Must be a member of COREN/NSE or other professional bodies.
- Must have knowledge on how to review and evaluate contractor’s documents, drawings and designs.
- Must have knowledge on how to prepare pre-qualification documents and technical documents for bidding projects.
- Ten years working experiences and at least three years working experience with a famous construction company.
- Five years site working experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly report/update for the civil and infrastructural team and probably the Engineering team.
- Interact with team leader and project engineers on daily basis.
- Communicate and work with client and consultant experts or engineers for technical issues
- Make input into various documents, method statements, designs and strategy note.
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and technical documents for bidding projects
- Develop procedures and plans for various civil and structural activities.
- Participate in Monthly Site progress meetings
Job Title: Civil Engineer 1no.
Requirements:
- Bsc/HND
- Proficient with Auto-CAD, Project and other related software packages.
- Five years working experience at least one year working experience with a famous construction company.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Membership of COREN or NSE is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly and monthly report/update for the civil and infrastructural team and probably the Engineering team.

Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree.
- Be a member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyor or other professional bodies.
- Ten years working experience with practical skills in a construction/consultant company.
- Quantity Surveyor experience on construction of high ways, bridges and high raising buildings not less than ten floors.
- Must have knowledge on how to prepare pre-qualification documents and BOQ/BEME for bidding projects.
- Proficient with QS related software packages as well as Ms Word, Excel.
- A good writing skill for letters, agreement and other related paperwork.
- Highly experience on Quantity Surveying and project management, monitoring and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and Coordinate the company’s proposed and on-going projects.
- Communicate and work with client and consultant experts or engineers for commercial issues
- Prepare pre-qualification documents and BOQ/BEME for bidding projects
- Cost evaluation, planning and analysis.
- Organizing and attending site meetings.
Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor 1no.
Requirements:
- Bsc/HND
- A minimum of five years working experience excluding NYSC with practical skills in a construction/consultant company.
- Quantity Surveyor experience on construction of roads and buildings of not less than three floors.
- Proficient with QS related software packages as well as Ms Word, Excel.
- Must have knowledge on how to prepare pre-qualification documents and BOQ/BEME for bidding projects.
- A good writing skill for letters, agreement and other related paperwork.
Responsibilities:

Job Title: Public Relation Officer 2 nos
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree.
- Ability to communicate in Hausa / Yoruba / Igbo languages.
- Must be a resident of Abuja for at least Five years.
- Must be familiar with government ministries, agencies, and commissions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must not be below 32 years of age.
- A Three years working experience as a Public Relation Officer in a construction company.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to continuous improvement to the company’s performance.
- Conduct all business activities of the company in accordance with the legal compliance.
- Be able to establish a link with all the serving Ministers, Directors and Permanent Secretaries.
- Other duties as deemed required by the management.
