Position:

Engineering Business Development Manager



Weam and Company Limited is looking for an innovative and motivated business
developer who can identify business and capture opportunities.



Educational Qualification:

A minimum of a BSc./B.Eng. in any of the engineering disciplines. A master's
degree is of an advantage.



Required Experience:

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least experience in
marketing or business development and engineering.



Job Description:

. Development of strategies for business expansion

. Head and supervise Weam business development team

. Ensure team meets company set monthly and quarterly target

. Identify and capture opportunities for delivering Engineering
Trainings, Software Sales and Engineering services

. Reports directly to the managing director and advise on the best
approach to business development.



Remuneration: Negotiable.
