A reputable and fast-growing construction firm based in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria is urgently seeking to employ the services of the following professionals:

(i) Project Coordinator/Manager
(ii) Computer Scientist/Engineer
(iii) Quantity Surveyor, QS

PROJECT COORDINATOR
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of BEng/HND in either Civil Engineering or Building Technology (Must be either of the two stated discipline only)
An additional postgraduate degree (either PgDip in Management or an MBA) is an added advantage but not mandatory

Must be an expatriate
Must have good command of English Language
Must have a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in a reputable construction company
Must have experience in road construction, building construction and management
Must be dedicated and committed to the vision and mission of the company
Must have managed a reputable construction firm for at least 3 years
Must be willing to travel and work in all parts of Nigeria
Must be ready to resume work immediately


COMPUTER SCIENTIST/ENGINEER
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of BSc/BTech/BEng/HND in either Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Computer Technology (Must be a major in either of the stated discipline)

Must have at least one (1) year post-NYSC experience
Must have good command of computer hardware maintenance and software programming
Must be dedicated and committed to the vision and mission of the company
Must be willing to work in Abuja and travel to all parts of Nigeria if need arise
Must be ready to resume work immediately


QUANTITY SURVEYOR, QS
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of BTech/BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying

Must have at least one (1) year post-NYSC experience
Must have worked in a reputable construction firm or in a government department preferably, Ministry of Works
Must have experience in dealing with contracts and valuation of projects
Must be dedicated and committed to the vision and mission of the company
Must be willing to work in any part of Nigeria
Must be ready to resume work immediately
