1. Chief Financial Director (Lagos)
Job Title: CFA01
Objective:The candidate must be an experienced and qualified financial sector expert with a proven track record in mortgage finance
The candidate will possess:

- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or allied field,additional postgraduate degree or professional accounting certification may be an added advantage
- Minimum of 15years experience with at least 7years in accounting job role.
- Financial sector experience is essential, with emphasis on real estate finance
- Experience of the enabling environment of mortgage finance (e.g. land administration, legal environment) and knowledge of the construction sector is an asset.
- Ability to communicate effectively among diverse public and private stakeholders is also essential


2. Head, Sales [Lagos]
Job Title: SA02
Objective: Identification and prospecting clients who requires the organization’s products and services through market penetration, relevant products knowledge.
Job Duties:
• Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually for real estate property products
• Prompt sales forecasting,reporting to the management team
• Negotiating and sales closure
• Concept developer, good communication and presentation skills
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

Requirements:
• Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Marketing/Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Estate Management or any related field in any Social Sciences Field, a chartered member of NMIN/NIM or a Master’s degree in marketing will be an added advantage.
• 12 years of hands on experience; Minimum 5 years sales and marketing experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.



3. Sales Executive [Lagos]

Job Title: AR01
Objective: Planning, creation and managing of building constructions. Ensure designs are safe, useful, functional ,without compromising on the laws and regulations of that given area.
Job Duties:
• Development of prototype design, schematic drawings.
• Draw up construction programme and ensure strict adherence
• Ensuring internal and external clients’ satisfaction
• Ensuring compliance with local laws
• Translation of client’s brief’s into conceptional drawings to later produce detailed working drawings for construction.

Requirements:
• Minimum of B.Sc in Architecture, The Candidate must be a registered member of their professional body.
• Ability to use AUTOCAD effectively and other industry relevant softwares
• Must be able to interpret bill of quantities and specifications
• Must be able to produce 3D drawings
• Must be conversant with Ms. Project and Ms-Excel
• 5 years of hands on experience in similar work experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.

5. Learning and Development Specialist[Lagos]

Objective: Ensuring company’s business performance through effective learning and development capability that manages and empowers the workforce to meet the organisational goals and objectives
Job Duties:
• Initiating,implementing learning and development policies to ensure employee productivity and efficient management of company’s manpower resources.
• Assist in training facilitation and learning programmes for all staff
• Assists the review of HR documents used for performance evaluations,staff appraisal exercises ensuring compliance with approved policies and procedures.

Job Title: HR02
Objective: Must be able to develop, implement, monitor and measure performance of all staff from recruitment to staff exit.
Job Duties:
• Design, develop, implement and subsequently maintain a robust performance management and improvement system.
• Conduct workshop for staff on performance management system to enhance understanding and adherence to system standards
• Staff Performance reports analysis to detect areas of improvement
• Facilitation and management of the Performance Improvement Plans process for low performing employees to optimize the overall work performance
• Adequate planning, monitoring and appraising of employee work results vis a vis the total company appraisal processes to ensure fairness and objectivity in the procedure

Job Title: qc01
Objective: Responsible for the execution of company’s project in accordance to company’s policies and procedures set.
Job Duties:
• Direct all project phases from engineering to procurement to fabrication to construction and finally to commissioning/start-up
• Maintenance of a strategic focus for frequent interaction with client and the business area to ensure balance between the immediate project needs and the long term goals of the company
• Management of project execution at the as-sold profit level
• Development of right products and delivery to meet the company’s quality standard and contract requirements
• Lead project team and facilitate communication and interaction among the functional representatives.
• Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated occurrences

Requirements:
• Minimum of B.Sc in Civil Engineering plus a masters degree or a professional certification in project management.

8. Quality Control[Lagos]
Job Title: QC02
Objective: Evaluation os concepts designs,prepare feasibility and viability reports for new projects. To inspect ongoing projects on site and ensure they meet standards of quality and safety;comply with legal requirements and meet customer expecttaions.
Job Duties:
• Ensure compalince with approved drawings and specifiactions
• Undertake quality control of work done and ensure fitness for purpose,is consistent and meets both external and internal requiremnets.
• Ensure Material and equipment testing is carried out
• Meet with consultants and contractors to work out root cause of problems and determine validity of current processes and recommend process for improvement
• Caary outr port construction review and produce standard company details and specifications
• Resoultion of technical issues on site and ensure necessary coordination wo=ith resident consultatns
• Attend Site meetings. E.T.C

Requirements:
• Minimum of B.Arch in Architecture
• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electricall/Civil Engineering or a professional certification in project management.
• Must have good communication, interpersonal, organization and team building skills
• Must be conversant with minimum of 5 years experience in civil works, project management ,development of buildings, management information system and administrative function.



9. Structural Engineer[Lagos]
Job Title: AR02
Objective: Responsible for ensuring that all structures are built to design,safe and functional throughout its lifespan.
Job Duties:
• Oversee all aspects of multiple projects and ensure they are built to time,quality and agreed budget
• Liaise with other engineers and architect to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the building
• Examine structures and ensure that they are viable and recommend on how to improve their structural integrity
• Testing the strength of materials to determine the exact material required to construct the buildings
• Review architectural drawings,structural drawings,M&E drawings and all other drawings relevant for the completion of the designed strustures.
• Attend Project meetings e.t.c

Requirements:
• Minimum of B.Sc in Civil Engineering. The Candidate must be a registered member of their professional body.
• Ability to use industry relevant softwares and must have good knowledge of construction materials.
