This Upgraded Version of Naijahotjob website not mobile friendly!!

I am a BB user and I have observed that since the recent upgrade of this website, I find it takes a real long time to open this website plus navigate around it as easily as was the case previously.
Please my dear administrator look into this as am already getting frustrated
