Topic: The Trend In Aptitude Testing

The scene of this world is changing. Many manual techniques are taken over by machines. The world is going e-. Now the language is e-services, e-business, e-recruitment, e-dating, e-jobs, and so on. But why? These are the prfound reasons:
1. e-stuffs are more convenient.
2. The are cheaper and more cost-effective. Now that many companies' language is profitability at minimal cost, they'd rather turn to e-recruitment!
E-recruitment implies that all the stages of recruitment process wil take place online.
Online aptitude tests, online screening, onlne interviews and more. So my advise to our job-seekers is they should keep e- in mind when preparing. How do u do this? First if u aint computer literate, u are as good as an illiterate! Am sorry if am too blunt but am saying it d way i feel it. We are in the technology age. Update urself! Thats all 4 now...
