We might never know what influences their decision but I am show 2.1 doesn't impress them. 2.1's a dime a dozen.I honestly pray you all get shortlisted but you need to cut out the sense of entitlement.

I am going to pretend that I understood your post. If you have ever seen the crowd that turn out for 1st or 2.1 only tests then you'll appreciate that employers have an unending pool of candidates to choose from hence they invent arbitrary criteria.

@mondada...yes oh..transocean owe me a rig trainee position..I jus need to proove myself 2d HRM dat he is making a mistake not shortlistin me bcos I have drilling, HSE, NDT, Bosiet, lots of oil/gas experience...I need and have to be TRANSOCEAN staff dis year..help me wit any suitable contact plsssssssss
