REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidates will not be more than 28 years of age and possesses bachelors degree, at least second class upper division or its equivalent in Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Agriculture Engineering. Ideally, candidates should have 2-3 years working experience in the manufacturing organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Applicant must have a disciplined but flexible approach to work, and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. successful candidate will undergo intensive local and overseas training in milling operations and qualified as professional millers at the end of their 36 months training. During this period they should be able to progressively take responsibility for various sections of the milling operation from screen room to production bins and packing, including heading a shift in the absent of shift miller.

Yea ryt, trainee millers... even millers ve now bcome trainee too and they get to post it on the website............ nonsense i hate all this guys... wats the job a miller and he has to be a graduate...................

Oil Prince! These honeywell guys seem to be good at advertising vacancies. We are always hearing about one advert or the other but we hardly hear to test or interview. Just read thru older topics to see if some1 had already posted it but I can't remember any1 mentioning it so far.

U can't be so quick to judge. Not that I'm justifying them but maybe there is something technical that requires a graduate in the milling. And I guess the person will be paid as a graduate, so I know many graduate will not mind.

@oilprince, did you take the test dat was conducted to that effect in February? If yes, they've sent invites on Tuesday (13th April) to the succesful ones for interview.
