Qualification
Good 1st degree in Urban & Regional Planning. Masters will be an advantage.

Reporting to
Project Manager & GM Operations

Experience
At least 5 years experience

Responsibilities
  • Directresponsibility to determine the effects of Government regulatory limitations onprojects
  • Directresponsibility to assess the feasibility of Project Proposals and identifynecessary changes.
  • Directresponsibility to create, prepare, or requisition graphic and narrative reportson land use data, including land area maps overlaid with geographic variablessuch as population density.
