Invitation for Structured Interviews - xxxxxx Engineer

With reference to your application for employment, and the subsequent tests which you recently took part in, we are pleased to invite you for Structured Interviews as follows:


On that day, you will meet with Line Managers, Human Resources representatives and our External Consultant in separate interviews.

Please come along with TWO RECENT PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPHS, the ORIGINALS and PHOTOCOPIES of your CREDENTIALS, TESTIMONIALS, BIRTH CERTIFICATES (Government Registered) or SWORN AGE DECLARATION, an EVIDENCE OF NYSC completion as well as a VALID FORM OF IDENTIFICATION (ID CARD or INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT).

You will be responsible for your transport and accommodation arrangements for which you will be reimbursed at our own rates after the tests.

Please print this email and come along with it to the venue of the Interview.

I was invited for the Drilling Engineer position and my friend was also invited for the Well Engineer position. I guess interview invitations are already rolling.

sleekender congrats ooooo. during the aptitude test we were informed there would be some sort of presentation from the topics that will be given which you have to choose one. refer to your invitation, i believe thats the role of the line manager to access you on that, also was informed that a psychologist would also access each individual and you should expect some behavioural interview questions from the HR representatives and external consultant. please kindly revert to the advert and prepare in line with the qualities required from the advert.

Forget about test. They have called everybody that they need from all fields SINCE.

Now its interview time. Dats what you are seeing happening here. So if u didnt write the test, u dont fit in....

I heard from the grapevine that they needed only 2 persons for the Junior Geoscience position.

How did they do the recruitment?

They sourced one person from inside the company (ie conversion from contract staff to permanent staff )

The 2nd guy was luckily recommended by one of the top shots in the company.

So there was no recruitment for that position. I guessed that dept saved cost but IMO, that was not fair to the public. Because they waisted pple's time applying on their website when they knew they would not call them up to be tested. All the same, we give God the glory!!

Abeg, anyone aware whether they have started calling pple for interviews for staff Accountants?
