Total line manager interview or final panel normally consist of two stages. The first stage is the one you make a presentation to the managers. They will give you list of topics and you are to choose any one topic from the list , prepare a presentation in 30 mins and present it to them. This will normally be followed by some questioning. The second bit is where they get to ask you everything ranging from ur past experiences, technical bits and some HR stuff. Afterwards they might ask you for salary expectations and that's it.

Interview time is usually about 1 - 2 hours.

I understand how you feel in fact we all feel the same way. However, it may interest you to know that the rumour is not out of place. What the message simply implies is that recruitment would be concluded Q3 this year with means we still have August and September remaining. As a matter of fact,I know the Drilling and by implication Geosciences and Reservoir program would start Q4 this year. Let just wait from now still September and see what happens. Least I forget the recruitment is very real.
