Please permit my ignorance. Could you explain what OLT package means?
OLT means "Oil Loading Terminal". U can also call it CALM BUOY or simply BUOYQuote:

my bad, I meant CIA London May 2011 so my details have been pending for nearly 1 year though I understand some from CIA London Oct 2011 were called a while back. my area is Commercial.

I am of the CIA London October 2011 set and my role is technical.
You must have scaled through the psychological interview at Oxford.
Sorry to also ask, were you specifically invited to PH as I have not received any mail from them since December 2011.

the pearnkandola thing happened July 11 and thereafter no feedback/contact until a phone call in last 2 weeks to arrange interview, professional test and medical. by god's grace your own will soon come abeg

I do not think I have gone as far as you. I was invited for the structured interview. Did you apply for an experienced role or not?

I was interviewed for Instrumentation/Electrical engineer. The last e-mail I received from Total was that they'd contact me in the coming months.
The coming months is becoming too long a wait!!!

Guys what's how far for Total E&P. The recruitment processes (Last year & This year)?
1. The ones of last year, which they later sent emails to successful candidates that they will be invite them for next stage in comming months.
2. The ones of this year, which was all over the news.

Well, anyone can find consolation from any news source but it's only the Total HR that knows exactly why this is pending. Total is recruiting everyday as you can enquire. That the Vanguard news has anything to do with this delay can be outrightly nullified by the recent advert by the same Total. It is either that they have taken those needed or that the process was a mere "wash". Nevertheless, some might still be called.
The positions they advertised recently are quite different. The news might be one of the reasons, cos those positions advertized last year were for Egina project.
Remember, their last email was that they will invite 'us' for the next stage in 'coming months'. 'Coming months' will elapse by December, 2012.
Also note that if Total is done with any candidate, they will send 'negative' email to the candidate, telling him that they can no longer continue with his application. So if you have not received any 'negative' email, you still have some chances.

We have been waiting to hear from TOTAL since last year Oct. following the CIA test in Houston. I check my e-mail box countless times everyday, still no message from them.
Please, does anyone have useful information for the house?
I am also assuming the next stage should be medicals for us as well.
