@ProDafe It depends on how sensitive the job is. Their training program ranges from in-house to their head office in Paris.At the moment,Offer letters have not be given out yet.What they do is to sent congratulatory mails to successful candidates and will sent them offer letters when their prospective line managers ask for (request) them.

I really appreciate all ur responses.. Especially Doziem and Coolguy.. But one more thing @Coolguy, now dat u have broken it down, do u know of anyone who has been sent a congratulatory mail of success having done medicals, since no one has got offer letters?

i got thesame mail too. But never heard anything from them afterwards. I Started this process from CIA May,2012.

@ProDafe, i'm a CIA 2011 petroleum engineering candidate and I still have no word from Total. I only hear that people have resumed, are resuming or are about to resume....no be small thing.

Seems they truly have a backlog of people waiting inline. I know guys who started the process in May 2011, while I started in September 2011. I really hope we see the end of our waiting by Q2 latest this year.

I believe that they are concentrating on candidates for OFON 2 i.e those who passed through the process from PH office which is for Offshore Egina which is deepwater has theirs in Lagos.
