Total line manager interview or final panel normally consist of two stages. The first stage is the one you make a presentation to the managers. They will give you list of topics and you are to choose any one topic from the list , prepare a presentation in 30 mins and present it to them. This will normally be followed by some questioning. Any news on the the Total's last year recruitment campaign. Seems it was suspended since last year? Does anyone know any reasons for this delay and does anyone have any update if the campaign is still on? Thanks

Hi guys,

Whatever happened to the rumour that interviews will be conducted in July?
One is getting befuddled by this whole recruitment process by the day. Sometimes, I ask myself, is this Total Recruitment for real or just a parody?

I understand how you feel in fact we all feel the same way. However, it may interest you to know that the rumour is not out of place. What the message simply implies is that recruitment would be concluded Q3 this year with means we still have August and September remaining. As a matter of fact,I know the Drilling and by implication Geosciences and Reservoir program would start Q4 this year. Let just wait from now still September and see what happens. Least I forget the recruitment is very real.
