If I'm right, this invite is either for Rivers or Cross River indigenes. Total (normally) does not demand for LGA letter(I stand to be corrected). There was an advert in May/June 2012 for indigenes of this states.

Just prepare for normal shl questions(verbal & maths). Hope it helps. Good luck.

I don't see reasons why he should be criticize just becos he want to be sure of the message he received. the reason companies add non disclosure clauses to their test invitation is to prevent ensuing crowds of uninvited people.

the best he could have done was to hide the time and venue if he wanted to confirm from people on this forum...

if you, as a recruiter shortlist 100 people for a test and you end up seeing over 3000 people waiting to write your test outside, how would you feel?

Non disclosure clauses and distribution prevention are not just protocols. they really do have their reasons for including it eh.
