Ok, the interview is over, God help us. For those that did theirs last month how soon b4 we get a response? Also do they communicate to the unsuccessful ones at the same time? God blesss, nothin less.

@bigger boy...those who wer successful got feedback earlier than others...either way total will always get back to you.

For those just invited for interviews, you might get very technical questions if you studied engineering. I was asked basically technical questions. First was to name agents that must be present in a fire. Second was why we have star-delta connections for motors. I was also asked some clever question based on a drawing on the board. There were five people on the panel, including a French. The French guy asked what to do when considering installing a generator in a location. Then alternative sources of energy, etc.
You'll also be asked what you know about Total. Try impress them here, but don't play it too far! It could be dangerous when you get questions you have no answers to.
lastly, prepare yourself as you would for any other interview.
for engineering guys, the job is either in their networking department or as a specialities engineeer.

Not a nice question but does any1 have idea or those who got their offer already what the likely monthly salary for a beginner in Total downstream could be?
