it is very important that we start sharing exams format now,b/c dragnet and total do take people by suprise.anybody who has written dragnet exam for an oil and gas company should pls help.the exam might be the same 4 every invitee

Dragnet test format is GSE. It consists of verbal, numerical and abstract reasoning. I suggest anyone preparing for the test to download test materials from accessmentday.co.uk and catch a glimpse of what the test looks like. Also, browse through gse.com.ng and have idea.

Dragnet and Shl tests are similar. Prepare for verbal (true, false, can't say OR true, true, false, false); numerical(data interpretation) and abstract reasoning. I'll advice you get a good GMAT textbook like IEC and the workbook too. You can use sample questions and answers on assessmentday.co.uk to brush up. Hope this helps. Salam.

doesnt it seem weird that dragnet is so secretive about the company that the personality test is for? am starting to think its just a survey they are undertaking, hope am wrong though
@ninialways: I wouldn't like to say Dragnet is secretive. This is only an assessment. I am sure by the time they start sending out invites for aptitude tests, they wld spell the company's name out for all to see. The process has just begun; wait and see how it unfolds. May God be with us all.

Just to clarify, let me summarize what I did in the recruitment process (I have about 4 yrs experience)
(a) Initial Interview
(b) Aptitude test
(c) Line Mgr interview
(d) Psychology interview
(e) About 2 weeks later, completed an online personality test.
Some guys guys with no experience
(a) Initial Interview
(b) Aptitude test
(c) Technical Test
(d) Technical Interview
(e) Line Mgr interview
(f) Psychology interview
(g) About 2 weeks later, completed an online personality test.
The line interview was 5 to 6 managers, however on the last day, the managers divided into two groups of 3 managers each.
I dont know if there is still another stage apart from those listed? Please share if there is.
