They are not disclosing the coy yet, for positions:they claims there are many and i noticed those invited cuts across all profession which means it might not just be a claim but true.Finally,the interview was very short with a panel of 2persons though there seems to be a 2nd panel consisting of 1person, but you get to meet either of them.Quote:

Like I said earlier-its still dragnet filtering 2ru d candidates.
No strictness with time as wiv d test,I advise dt u get dia as early as possible as dis paid of. Got in 45mins 2my time & was interviewed 5mins after I stepped in & it lasted 15mins so I was out of there 25mins to my scheduled time.
Interview
Only tip dt helps u ace- u provide the arsenal for d tone of ur interview,meaning ur CV,statements,responses etc form d questions. (Well 4me,it was).
And yes I asked bout d coy in a way & all dey said was 'oil & gas'.
In all it was a great experience.

@durobukola hav u been interviewed and was it by doheney services? If u're stil der, pls ask about others dat havnt been invited. Ask if they are stil goin to invite anoda batch for interview or if they are done. I ve not yet been invited. Wishin u good luck!
From my experience at the interview, i think the candidates invited for the interview were those that attained the pass mark for the aptitude test. I couldn't help but notice the long list of names logged into the book, where we were asked to write our names. Judging by the list, it is safe to deduce that a lot of candidates passed the aptitude test.
Most of the candidates interviewed on the 15th were graduates of management science, while graduates of science were interviewed yesterday. On inquiry, I was told there is still a final interview after this stage, and candidates that make it through this preliminary interview will be told which O&G Firm it is exactly. I would imagine the results of the January personality test will be used alongside this preliminary interview for further screening.

@augustinecu-Doheney services (I bliv) was just d name of the place used or somefin as there was this 'Dragnet' banner at d entrance of the interview venue,hence it was dragnet conducting the interview. Bliv me when I say its impossible to ask them if they were inviting in batches. They dint even answer questions on the company recruiting.

Did my interview today
Amakanwa and kainos post covers pretty much the basics.
my questions include:
1) tell me about yourself? I briefly gave him a rundown of my academics and work experience and how they relate to oil and gas.
2) Why do you want to leave the company u are with? gave him a well thought out answer that i prepared. (make sure u dont say anything bad about ur current workplace)
3) what are your stregths/weakness? mentioned them and gave examples (spend some time doing this, its the only opportunity umay have to market urself and relate it to oil and gas if possible)
4) he asked a personal question which i will keep to myself :D
4) any questions for us apart from which company :) ? I asked when to expect feedback on the interview, he replied "within 2 weeks"
Then i wrapped up the interview by thanking them and wishing them a wonderful weekend. Hope this helps others.

Please is good we all know that dragnet are calling for personality interview but we should be clear that TOTAL went to houston and london with TOTAL STAFF, conducted test...
Some did interview with TOTAL staff and some passed the test but waiting for interview. Please there are two things going on..
1) direct recruitment from TOTAL (CIA, IPS, PH center and houston candidates)
2) a recruitment to an OIL/GAS company by dragnet...I aslo pray is TOTAL
