Total has sent invitation for the 2nd Batch Tests in PH. The mail follows:

Invitation for Selection Tests - xxxxxxx ENGINEER

With reference to your application for employment, we wish to invite you for Aptitude and Professional tests as follows:

Date: Thursday 22nd July 2010
Time: 11:00am

Venue: Building 22, Total Office Complex, Plot 25, Trans Amadi Industrial Layout, Port Harcourt

Please print this email and come along with it to the venue of the test.

You are also requested to come along with two recent passport size photographs, a valid photo identification card or international passport, as well as a calculator, pencil, biro, eraser and an evidence of NYSC completion.

You will be responsible for your transport and accommodation arrangements for which you will be reimbursed at our own rates after the tests.

Please note that this is a local recruitment exercise, therefore candidates arriving from outside NIGERIA do so at their own expense.

Also kindly note that you are not eligible to write this test if you have written one within the last 24 months.

Yeah, a pal of mine said he got it. From what I gathered its like they're doing this thing in batches based on what u applied for. So if you've not seen ur's, just wait. This second batch is for Engineers

Which position did u applied as an Engr cos i applied 4 CONTRACT ENGR but no invit yet.

Please does anyone know the contact details of anyone in TOTAL's HR office? I was invited for the Test but I am presently abroad. I would like to discuss my options for reimbursement with them. The cost of travel has risen sporadically with the summer holidays.

@Sleekender, Sorry mate but Total will not reimburse your travel expenses for trips made from outside the country, it is their policy.

@ sleekender, read ur original post very well (the invitation sent to you) it clearly states that they wont reimburse those coming from outside Nigeria. I advice you weigh ur options and take a decision.

@ify4all, Total test does not involve gate crashing because u will show ur invitation letter b4 entering a bus that is used to convey the candidate to the venue of the test. Except u just want to view the outside environment of Total.
