Job Title: Head of Administration

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • Facilities management, shipping, receiving and fulfillment, Inventory control
  • Development of corporate policies and procedures and oversee implementation
  • Manage Payroll, Personnel records/documentation and Employee programs and activities
  • Purchases materials and machineries by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery
  • Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget etc
  • Preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances.
  • Other responsibility will be attached by management from time to time

Preferred Skills

  • Very confident, strong communication skills (Oral and written).
  • Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong business planning skills.

Qualification and Experiences

  • Must have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering or relevant degree
  • A postgraduate degree will be an advantage
  • Experience in a dry-cleaning outfit will be an added advantage
  • A professional experience of at least 8 years of an appropriate level, with at least 5 years of experience in positions involving the management of an important team.
