It s an experienced position sort of but that does not necessarily mean that you must have had 5-7 yrs experience in materials engineering but probably in engineering/technology practice. I was also invited but mine is on the 13th of feb.Since some of yours is on the 14th,does it mean that it will be done in batches?is there any one in the house with the same date of invitation as mine(13th feb)?
I got the mail, but mine is on the 15th.

@orisamika,which documents were requested in d mail?i was sent a mail to specify my LOCATION and hasn't got any feedback yet,did anyone get such mail?r we expecting a DISCIPLINE test based on the postion u appled or r we writing normal SHL test?
@Jayboi: I also got the mail 2 days ago to specify my Location. I applied for Contracts engineer. There will be a discipline based aptitude test of which I am unsure of the outlook. Still waiting on their response sha. Please any useful info can be sent to [email protected]

pls respond fast so we also can try if location change is possible.
Yea, I'm based in port harcourt and I've still not gotten an invite after their initial mail. As for writing the test in Lagos, I beleive Lagos candidates will be contacted at the appropriate time. All the best......Quote:

@Tunwumi,orisamika and Material Engineers,i ope d test went well in ur respective test days.Kindly let d HOUSE know d nature/format of d test u wrote.was it SHL?(Highlight d type of SHL as it varies at times)Did u guys write any discipline test on materials engineering?if Yes,was d Discipline test Theory of Objective Questions?All d best in d struggle
@jay boi, d email refer us to www.shl.com. d test was shl and ws cool. though time is always an issue so u just av 2 b fast and accurate. imagine 60 questions in 10 minutes, 40 questions in 7 minutes, 30 numerical questn in 20 minutes. dere are 5 questn packages comprising of verbal, numerical, critical reasoning etc bcos i cant rememba all. it lasted 4 almost 3 hours wit thorough explanation and supervision of each package. its nt too hard ma pple but time........
