Tackling the PTDF Scratch Card Marginalization

Hi People,
I believe that there is a ploy to reduce the number of PTDF Scholarship applicants in the South drastically.

First Bank Main Branch Port Harcourt, claim to have run out of Scratch cards. Whereas, in Abuja, it has been on sale for over three weeks!!! Moreover, they just started selling a few days ago. Some people are just becoming aware of it. So how come they have exhausted the stock of cards, which we have waited for nearly a month to purchase?
I have been able to obtain my own Pin Code Online. But, I say lets give the masterminds of this plot a run for their money.

I have drafted a little form which will contain basic application Info.
We shall handle the complete application for those who have problems uploading documents and registering.

It is not Scam!!! Moreover, I implore you to be with me, when the application is being submitted.

I need one or two guys who are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages to link up with me. Lets rock these people before the deadline!!!

Guy, the it's the same story here in Abuja. I was there last working day of last year and they said they dont have it yet. I was also there 1st working day of this year and first bank says it has finished. So it's really not a regional issue. Some hoarding is going on.

if u are in abeokuta, Ogun state, go to first bank at sapon. cards are available there. i got mine without stress

Pls where can one get the cards in Lagos especially around Ikeja and its environs

i ave searched hard for the cards without success within ikeja and its environs

But, we all agree that there is some hoarding going on? I say lets help ourselves.

Hoarding ke, I do not think so. The applicants are so much so once the cards are available, it takes few hours to be exhausted. Thats how it is every year.
The best method is to get an informant in the bank to inform you when they get fresh supplies.

@NWOKO... THAT IS EXACTLY THE CASE. ONCE THE CARDS ARE OUT THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE WAITING FOR IT. IF U HAVE AN INSIDER IT WILL BE MORE EASIER 4 U.... THERES NO HORDING JUST THAT THE APPLICANTS ARE TOO MUCH.

If there was no hoarding, would you have any need to smuggle a card?

Guys you can buy the scratch card online so i dont know who is marginalising you...stop beatingup sentiments and attempt other ways of scamming people.
