Responsibilities:
Network maintenance.
Operating system installation and trouble shooting.
Microsoft Exchange Server Administration.
Daily Data backup execution.
User support.
VoIP Administration.
Hardware maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements:
MCSA, MCSE, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent knowledge.
Minimum 2 years experience in Server, Network, IT Infrastructure and Service Support.
Cisco Network Design & Management.
Second Class Upper Division (2.1).
Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Applied Physics or Telecommunications Engineering.
Understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systems (XP and Windows 7).
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 (Active Directory and Network Infrastructure.
Understanding of Microsoft Exchange Server (2007/2010).
General computer hardware knowledge.
Antivirus deployment and management.
VoIP Technology using Cisco UC520.
Virtualization using Windows Hyper-V or VMware.
Structured Cabling Knowledge.
LAN/MAN Management.
Experience covering the following IT skill areas will be an added advantage.
Data administration and Designs (Microsoft SQL Server).
Application development (Adobe Flex Builder, ColdFusion, Dreamweaver).
Report Creation (Business Object or Crystal Report).
Software programming (using PHP, ASP, C#).
