My dear, pls. take it easy. the I bliv the whole house is still praying for more Medical IV testimony. May God make it possible for you.

but as for many of us,

@jpp, you can join your faith with mine. I did not apply yet, my faith is bigger than a mango seed and I'm expecting IV for medicals..... Just relax, God has good plans for you (with or without shell). God's will is supreme regardless of those sleepless nights. Just promise Him to remain faithful to Him (if you are currently faithful ) whether shell says yes or no. It is well.

I really dont think U should continue torturing ur self. U have done what is within your Power (application, test, SRD, Praying and keepin faith). the manifestation will surely come. You can however call/mail their HR(s).

besides, it is better to WAIT or be on WAITING list than WAITING another 24 months to actualize the SITP dream.

Actually, the number they require this time is what is holding up most letters. they require way less and a lot of peeps fall into a category where they performed above the pass mark but on a lower percentile. say 30 scored in the 90th percentile 40 between 75 an 89th percentile, whereas they only need 45 people. A lot of good candidates will not make it. With mobil not advertising this year and the other multinationals strictly on connection basis, I only wonder.

Some unconfirmed info from a shell non-HR staff. Appears that they can only take a limited number of candidates per day for medicals, around nine I hear. So as not to give anybody an advantage in terms of time available for preparation they only send that number of IV's on a daily basis. Rejections however are sent en masse as evidenced by the deluge on Monday and Friday. Meaning that if you are yet to be contacted u were probably successful. Please don't quote me on any of this it's just worth considering.

Just cudnt bear the waiting, thus called the SRD coordinator who simply quoted " we are sending both IVs and rejects in batches, be sure every1 will hear from us. Both IVs and regrets will fly sometimes within the week again".

Meanwhile, it appears they dropped all on the last yrs waiting list (dont quote me oh).

Given this, it means IVs:regrets will be 1:2
