mine says shortlisted. I applied on the 20th of march.
Please house i'm yet to get the hardcopy invite for the NNPC test. I'm in ph don't know what to do .

mine says "application received" too..but i a still hopeful.
Vuh, wen u mix up topics of discussion, it becomes confusing to/for the "forumites".. please go to nnpc threads for any nnpc issue u have..k..n i am sure u would find answers already ready for u there..

If you want to come and work with us and make a career at Shell, your first step is to chose the route you want to take. One of these is a Shell Recruitment Day, which provides us with the opportunity to find out more about you, watch how you work with other people, and see if you've got the qualities and expertise we're looking for.

What's it all about?

Amongst other things, you'll participate in activities that include a group discussion and role playing, a case study analysis and presentation, and a general proposal and presentation.

If you're interested in a technical role, you'll participate in a technical presentation or interview, while candidates for other businesses will work on a business scenario.. Based upon your performance and the skills and knowledge you display, we may offer you a job.

Can I participate?

If you want to join us on one, we'll ask you to complete an application form and send us your CV. If we think you have the knowledge and skills we need, you'll be invited for an interview.

We'll assess you against Capacity, Achievement, Relationship skills and Technical skills (CART) and if you're successful, we'll send you a guide to help you prepare for the Shell Recruitment Day. The pack provides an overview of what you can expect to do and the people you'll be working with.


If you want to join us on a Shell Recruitment Day, you'll need to be a graduate or in the final year of your degree studies.

At naijahotjobbers pls wat are d criteria dey used to shortlist you for d application bcos I ve tried to 2 times to aplly n dey rejected my application, is it bcos I didn't study engineering am into environment course I.e Urban n Regional Plan, I applied unda local opportunities, pls I need a rply bcos I need to know wat is needed from shell company thanks
