Spare parts/ store officer (ref: Code sp/so 002)

Our client, is one of the few multinational organizations that had its beginnings in Nigeria. From a small
family owned operation at inception, we have grown to become the predominant bottler of alcohol-free beverages in Nigeria, responsible for the manufacture and sale of different brands. And they require the services of SPARE PARTS/STORE OFFICER.

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Filling data of Receipt Notifications.
•Perform system entries (SAP) for received goods.
•Maintaining the Materials Receiving Vouchers copies (distribution and filing).
•Materials Storing Activities
•Maintaining detailed accurate stock report.
•Maintaining and monitoring the materials shelf life, highlighting the slow and nonmoving Spare Parts items to
his management Maintaining full records of maintenance equipments, highlighting equipments’ performance and
maintenance schedules.
•Materials Issuing Activities
•Perform system entries for Issuing spare parts.
•Filling the reconciliation sheets for variable spare parts.
•Responsible for correct cost handling like purchase and delivery costs. Daily cost updating with our EDP
system according the delivered documents.
•Managing and supervising warehouse operations, including distribution, issuing, receiving, storing,
dispatching, cycle counting, verifying goods against purchase order.
•Recommending new handling procedure which better protect fragile warehouse inventory.
•Should be well acquainted in handling the movement of heavy material.
•Knowledge of documentation like goods dispatch notes, goods receiving notes, good return notes.
•Always ensure the security, safety and housekeeping of warehouse.
•Ensure that reconciliation is being carried out in consultation with warehouse authorities if there is any
discrepancy found during stock check or on periodic physical inventory taking.

Skills:
•Possess oral and written communication skills.
•2-4 years of experience in Warehouse Operations preferably experience in dealing with Spare Parts. .
•Computer literate.
•Possess good knowledge of planning process, including procurement, manufacturing, inventory control,
distribution and logistics
•Enthusiastic team player

•Ability to work without direct supervision
