Thank you so much MIB. I however didn't do my documentation so, i didn't get the forms some guys are talking about here in this forum. Although i asked the lady at the filing department about if there is a deadline; she said there is no deadline but that the earlier i submit my docs the better. I guess i will just go sometimes in September by the GRACE of GOD.

@ emma, thats true, I wasnt also givving the medical form someone was talking about rather, I was told to get a medical report from a registered hospital, on the popularity issue, mehn, bros, person must not dull ooo, else, u go sit down for house long lol..and also I really enjoy helping pple out so that I can always look back and say to myself that thank God, I was used to influence pples life positively
