hello house, is the level 7 step 2 for bachelor degree or masters?

annum) . too bad the link isnt opening but this is jst the few grades I can take time to copy, the two several ranges are for like what we have in school, academic and non academic so in this case it might be admin and non admin staffs or soo.. going by that calculation listed above, our take home for our grade and level is around 132k. so I dnt know where pple are coming up with 70-90k range that they are pasting.

@MIB, N1,073,217 - N1,589,500 translates to N89434.75 - N132458.33........., we might be anywhere in between, or is step 2 the highest level on CONRAISS 7 ?
