na wa oh when i no dey expct na him slb dey send me mail say i pass,.. i no put hope cos i no write well any way na baba God try for my side . i saw that 18 persons were sent the mail in ph for Field engineers i hope more will still come for others to join .......so what are we to expect in the second stage.............hints will be accepted.......lets keep the flag flying .......

I got the same email from slb for field specialist. The Content is same just that they replaced field engineer with field specialist which I applied for and took the Test in Port Harcourt. Please house how can we prepare ourselves for this second stage test. Thanks all.

You guys will be require to make a 5 minutes presentations, then furnish yourselves on your job experience and never include what you don't know well in your job achievements/responsibilities. Be confident, never fret or fidget, and be well organized. Don't come late, you may not be as lucky as I am. Semifinally, do alot of research on what schlumberger do, especially the creation of new segments such as MI SWACO, and of course the QHSE area as well. Importantly, your CV should include ability to work in an unconducive environment while maintaining optimum efficiency. And finally, PRAY

Just add to d last contribution, know d different segments of slb and wat they do, ur work experiences, ur school project, leadership skills, etc. Most importantly is SELF CONFIDENCE. Wishing u guys success ahead!

Congrat guys. To add to what dexterG and Godson said, all they want to know is how much of yourself u can tell them in 5min. Try rehearse for exactly 5MINS. Be self confident and bold. At the group work dont act as one with a monopoly of knowledge. Get to their site and get to know their operations and geo markets. They have d cv you submitted online, do well 2 know the details on it incase you have edited it. Remember dont guess answer. What you tell them, what you dont know say so too.
